Light loading vestibule DHOUSL series

The lightweight DHOUSL series loading platform is available for dock levelers with a rotating lip. It has a lighter and more technologically advanced design - the walls and roof are made of corrugated sheet metal. Additional elements (flashings), which are included in the standard delivery set, make the connection between the vestibule and the building as airtight as possible. Installation is carried out using surface mounting, the speed of which is achieved through the supply of pre-assembled units. All structural connections are welded.

Move up and down following vehicle raising and lowering as the suspension floats during the loading/unloading cycle. Has greater service life. For mounting dimensions, please, refer to drawings

Molded rubber bumpers 600×364×110 mm (external dimensions), adjustable. Based on rubber bumper 450×250×100 mm. Product number BRM600×364×110. Move up and down following vehicle raising and lowering as the suspension floats during the loading/unloading cycle. Has greater service life. Steel face dock bumpers 465×250×165 mm (external dimensions) with 16 mm steel plate. Based on rubber bumper 450×250×100 mm. Product number BRSP(16)465×250×165. Consist of a rubber bumper 450×250×100 mm covered with durable steel plate. Steel face improves life expectancy of the rubber bumper and protects it from damaging by parking vehicle and during loading/unloading cycle. Manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t cover steel plate replacement in case of wear and deformation due to its extreme abnormal wear. For mounting dimensions, please, refer to drawings

Consists of a rubber bumper 450×250×100 mm covered with durable steel plate and parking sensor. Steel face improves life expectancy of the rubber bumper and protects it from damaging by parking vehicle and during loading/unloading cycle. Manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t cover steel plate replacement in case of wear and deformation due to its extreme abnormal wear. This dock bumper is used together with parking radar. It’s a hybrid device combining moving bumper and steel plate bumper. Consist of a holder, a rubber crumb damper insert and a moving steel plate following truck bed movement. Carry out technical inspection and maintenance of the dock house regularly to provide its safe and smooth operation.

In winter remove excess snow buildup from on top of the house, shelter and leveler. Clean the surrounding territory of the warehouse to ensure correct positioning of trailers.

Speed of a parking trailer should be minimum, not more than 1 km/h (30 sm/sec).

Never drive forklifts and other lifting equipment on to the house frame. Drive only on the leveler deck and house triangle.

Attention! Check bumpers for signs of wear and tear regularly. Should bumper residual thickness comprise less than 50 mm or there is no bumper material at all stop using the dock house until new bumper material is installed.

Additional Information print

All the DoorHan products are loaded with hydraulic crane or fork-lift truck with 2 m long forks. Customer or installer is recommended to use similar equipment. When lifting with crane or other lifting device use slings of corresponding lifting capacity.

Warranty print

DoorHan warrants the dock house to operate properly for a period of 1 year from purchase date for retail orders and for 2 years from purchase date for dealer orders.
